“Go ye and teach all nations baptizing them in the name of the father, son and holy-ghost”. This is one of the more notable verses in the Bible yet the use of tongue to spread God’s word has many rivals. The media of today has taken the lead in catching our attention in what we see, hear and in what we read. The thought of speaking out to spread God’s word rest mostly with a handful of the ordained to make God’s message superb. Too many have left it up to the preachers and priest to speak in God’s tongue when it’s every Christian’s duty to share God’s wisdom of Psalms. Parents need to teach more about what God has to say if they don’t want their children to go a-stray. Friends and love ones need to use their tongue to tell and remind one-an-other of God’s good work that has been done. It’s not that hard to talk in God’s tongue and you can even do it while having a lot of fun. It’s a great feeling to speak and praise God in tongue and we should embrace it and not try to run. Speaking in God’s tongue is just proof of your belief that God is supreme and everything else is beneath.

“The Tongues of Fire”

An Original Metaphorical Poem by: Ambrose M. Bennett

The test of this world God will never unfurl
But you are challenged to pass them before you leave this world These test can come in many forms
Some are ever broadcasted by Holy Men by way of tongue

The passing on of God’s messages and signs do appear And they are often related in tongue for one to hear
But sometimes the tongue can be very strong and lled with re Causing some to ignore and even run away from heaven’s desire

The old re and brimstone Holy Leaders of the past taught us not to stray

But too often this modern thing and ways of living has gotten in our way Grandparents are often thought of as people with tongues of sweetness and satire

They can talk to you and be so sweet but somehow you know they can really speak re

But we must all learn to be tongues of re for God and speak his holy word

Because there are entirely too many in the world tossing God to the curb Our message in tongue should be strong and clear
That the road to God’s Kingdom is straight and narrow with nothing to fear
