Serve God and Live a Life Full of Flavor!

Today is the Fifth Sunday of easter. That means there are still three more weeks of the Church’s liturgical easter Season to enjoy and soak in.

In the easter Sunday issue of this column a few weeks ago, I suggested beginning a “new easter tradition” of bringing hope and perhaps help to someone else—perhaps someone lonely or in need.

Since easter is a season of new beginnings and making things right, it is a perfect time to reach out beyond our usual circles and spread some of the hope of the Gospel and the love of God to others.

There are so many different ways to go about that, and it will make our lives richer, too:

May God bless you abundantly as you serve and love others this week.
